I was born in Mexico and grew in a traditional mexican family. I had the opportunity to learn and see how my grandmother, my mom and aunts cooked authentic mexican food.

I also had the opportunity to try and learn mexican cooking from various regions, and since moving to the US I wanted to be able to share a piece of mexican culinary culture.

Salsero Foods started because I wanted to offer salsa as close as homemade salsa can be and not let the flavor and quality compromised because of being a mass-produced product.
